Kudos should stay kind, not become a way to farm points. Set how many kudos earn points each day and what each side earns, then check the moderation list and revoke kudos that look like trading. You need the free WB Gamification plugin, installed and active. It takes about a minute. It shows steps two and three of the full video, Let members thank each other.

Step two. Set the kudos limits. Click Kudos. Kudos per day that earn points caps how many count. Points per kudos received and Points per kudos given set what each side earns. Then click Save Changes.

Step three. Moderate kudos. Open Kudos Moderation. Every kudos shows the giver, the receiver and the message. Filter by From member, To member or date to spot two people trading kudos to farm points. Revoke takes a kudos back. Kudos that stay kind. For the whole job, watch the full video, Let members thank each other.
