Coming from another job board plugin?
Migrators ship in free WP Career Board. Each reads the source plugin database directly, transfers jobs + applications + custom fields + images, preserves URLs so Google Jobs indexing survives. Under a thousand jobs takes minutes; larger boards run through Action Scheduler.
WP Job Manager uses shortcodes and jQuery, sells frontend dashboards and resumes as paid add-ons. WP Career Board reads WPJM job posts and applications, transfers them with custom fields and images preserved.
JobBoardWP improved the WPJM design but kept the same architecture. Migrator maps JobBoardWP job listings and applications into WP Career Board listing types and pipeline stages.
Simple Job Board is minimal but stops short of dashboards, alerts, resume builders. Migrator pulls SJB jobs into WP Career Board and unlocks frontend dashboards and a resume database.
WP Job Openings handles basic recruitment forms. Migrator transfers job openings + applicants into the WP Career Board application pipeline with status mapping.
