How to Keep People Out of the Game in WB Gamification

Staff and test accounts should not top the leaderboard. Exclude whole roles, or single accounts such as a support bot, from earning. You need the free WB Gamification plugin, installed and active. It takes about a minute. It shows step two of the full video, Look up, support and protect your members.

Step two. Keep people out of the game. Click Access. Excluded roles lists roles that never earn, such as Administrator. Excluded accounts takes names, emails or IDs for single people, such as a support bot. Staff permissions chooses which of your team can award, moderate or see analytics.
