Each channel goes to the team that owns that conversation. Picking the right one means a faster reply and a shorter back and forth.

Product support

Bug reports, license questions, technical issues with any Wbcom plugin or theme. Submit a ticket so the team can attach engineer time and history. Email lands in the same queue if the ticket form is not the right shape.

Project enquiry

New build, custom development, retainer, or anything that becomes a fixed-price quote. Use the full intake form, or book a 30-minute consultation with a senior engineer.

Careers

Open roles are listed on the careers page with an application form on each role. Applications route directly to the HR team. Cold outreach for a role not yet posted is welcome by email.

General contact form

Send a message and we will reply by email.

Goes to the team inbox at support@wbcomdesigns.com with the Reply-To header set to your email, so the reply lands in your normal inbox the same way any direct email would. Use this for anything that does not fit one of the dedicated channels above.
