Recognition costs nothing and means a lot. The Top Members block shows your leaders on a podium. Place it beside the leaderboard or on the home page, so everyone sees who is doing well. Members on the podium see their effort recognised in front of everyone. You need the free WB Gamification plugin, installed and active. It takes about a minute.
