How to Manage Your Members in WB Gamification

Sometimes one member needs your help. Find them by name, username or email, and award points, exclude them from the game, or reset their points. Each row shows their points, level, badges and status at a glance. You need the free WB Gamification plugin, installed and active. It takes about a minute. It shows step one of the full video, Look up, support and protect your members.

Step one. Find a member in Members. Search by name, username or email. Each row shows Points, Level, Badges and Status. Award gives points, Exclude removes them from the game, and Reset points clears their score. Every member, in one list.
