How to Run a Redemption Store in WB Gamification

Points mean more when they can be spent. Add rewards with a point cost and stock, and members redeem them from the store. Hana is a member of the site in this video. You need the free WB Gamification plugin, installed and active. It takes about a minute. It shows steps one and two of the full video, Let members spend their points.

Step one. Add a reward. Open Redemption Store. Give the reward a Name, a Description and a Point Cost. Stock sets how many can be redeemed. Tick Unlimited for no limit. Reward Type sets what the member gets. Then click Add Reward. Recent Redemptions lists who redeemed what. Mark fulfilled closes one, and Refund gives the points back.

Step two. Redeem a reward. Hana sees every reward with its cost. When she clicks Redeem, the cost comes off her points. A reward with no stock left shows Out of stock, so nobody is let down.
