Wbcom Designs is a product engineering team that ships across every layer of the modern WordPress stack and beyond. We have been at it for over a decade, and the same people have stayed for most of it. We are hiring because the product line is widening faster than the team is.
All roles are based out of our Lucknow office. We work alongside contractors and customers worldwide, but the core team is in India. Five open roles below; pick the one that fits or write to us if your strength is something we have not posted.

Professional and creative designer for our themes, plugins, and product UIs. Knowledge of WordPress is a plus. Work alongside the engineering team on Reign theme, BuddyX, and the active plugin lineup.

Every customer-facing engagement is led by a senior engineer. Junior engineers pair on the work and review PRs alongside seniors. We do not staff client projects with juniors alone, and we do not hand off to offshore juniors after the sales call.

We run on Basecamp + written weekly status reports + scoped 30-minute calls. We are not a Slack-all-day shop. Most decisions happen async with the reasoning in writing, so the audit trail is searchable years later.
