About the role
This position is built for a delivery-minded Project Manager who is comfortable balancing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and team execution. You will work closely with clients across time zones, especially EST, while ensuring that internal teams have the clarity they need to deliver without confusion or bottlenecks.
You should be able to break down project scopes, run sprint planning, identify risks early, and maintain strong momentum through regular follow-up. If you naturally bring structure, calm communication, and operational discipline to digital projects, this role will suit you well.

Key responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, daily execution rhythm, and progress tracking
- Coordinate with clients in EST and other time zones to align scope and priorities
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for designers and developers
- Monitor delivery timelines, risk areas, blockers, and quality checkpoints
- Share project updates with stakeholders and keep expectations realistic and clear
- Improve delivery operations through disciplined follow-through and process thinking
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of Project Management experience in digital, software, or IT delivery
- Strong command of Scrum workflows, sprint planning, and team coordination
- Confidence working with remote teams and international stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong escalation judgment
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity or pace
- Familiarity with WordPress projects, product thinking, or agency delivery is a plus
