We build community and social networking solutions for clients worldwide. As our HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing our growing team of developers, designers, and support professionals.
Job Description
- Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: On-site
- Industry: IT / Web Development / Software
- Experience Required: 2-5 years in HR
- Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent preferred
- Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
- Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Preparing staff handbooks and maintaining employee records
- HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Induction of new candidates
- Reference checks for all candidates
- Internal Communication
- Managing Salary payroll and Office Administration work.
- Policy formulation for the company.
Skills: Good administrative and IT skills, recruitment, Resourcing and talent planning.
