- Developing and implementing policies on issues like performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Preparing staff handbooks and maintaining employee records
- HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Induction of new candidates
- Reference checks for all candidates
- Internal Communication
- Managing Salary payroll and Office Administration work.
- Policy formulation for the company.
