You should build what customers want most, not what is loudest. Customers vote on the items they want and suggest the ideas that are missing, and you choose who may do each. Hana and Priya are two customers in this video. You need the free Product Roadmap plugin, with a roadmap page live. It takes about two minutes. It shows steps one, two, three and four of the full video, Let customers vote and suggest ideas.

Step one. Vote on an item. Hana is a customer, signed in. She opens an item she wants. The box on the left counts votes. The up arrow adds her vote. Each vote is one person, so the number tells you how many customers want it. On the roadmap page, every item shows its votes beside its comments.

Step two. Suggest Feature. Priya has an idea that is not on the roadmap. She clicks Suggest Feature. She types a Feature Title and a Description. Category and Priority are optional. Then she clicks Submit Suggestion, and the idea goes to you.

Step three. Set Who Can Vote. In Settings, under Permissions and Access, Who Can Vote is Anyone, including guests, or Logged in users only. Who Can Suggest Ideas has the same two choices. Here it asks people to log in. Auto-approve user suggestions publishes ideas at once. Left off, you review each one first. Then click Save Settings.

Step four. See guest voting as a visitor. Nobody is signed in here. Because Who Can Vote allows guests, the vote buttons are still there. A customer who will not make an account can still tell you what they want. Build what customers ask for. For the whole job, watch the full video, Let customers vote and suggest ideas.
