How to Edit the Email Templates in Product Roadmap Pro

The emails your roadmap sends should sound like you. With Pro, the Emails tab has a template for each message, with its own subject and text. You need the free Product Roadmap plugin and Product Roadmap Pro. It takes about a minute. It shows step two of the full video, Run feedback without logging in all day.

Step two. Edit the Email Notification Templates. The Emails tab has a template for each message. Comment Notification and Suggestion Notification are the same. Each has an Email Subject and an Email Message. Status Change Notification is what your customers get when you move an item. Write it in your own voice, then click Save Settings.
