How to Set Notification Emails in Product Roadmap

You want to hear about new votes and ideas without a flood of email. Choose where your alerts go, tick only the events that matter, and keep customers told when an item changes status. You need the free Product Roadmap plugin and some customer votes. It takes about a minute. It shows step two of the full video, Keep customers in the loop.

Step two. Set Notification Events. On the Notifications tab, Notification Email Addresses is where your own alerts go. New Votes, New Comments and New Suggestions each have a tick box, so you hear only about what matters. The email to customers when a status changes follows Enable Email Notifications, and each notification email carries an unsubscribe link. Click Save Settings when you are done.
