How to Merge Duplicate Items in Product Roadmap Pro

Customers often ask for the same thing in different words, and the votes get split. With Pro, merge a duplicate into the item you keep, and its votes and comments move with it. You need the free Product Roadmap plugin and Product Roadmap Pro. It takes about a minute. It shows step one of the full video, Decide what to build next.

Step one. Merge Duplicates. Night theme asks for the same thing as Dark mode for the editor. Open Night theme. On the right, Merge Duplicates has a Target item. Search for the item to keep. Merge Into Selected moves the votes and comments to that item, skipping people who voted twice. This item is then trashed. One item, every vote counted.
