How to Reorder Items with Drag and Drop in Product Roadmap Pro

A long roadmap is slow to reorder one item at a time. With Pro, turn on drag and drop, then use Manage Mode on the board, signed in as the owner, to edit the cards in place. You need the free Product Roadmap plugin and Product Roadmap Pro. It takes about a minute. It shows steps one and two of the full video, Plan quickly in a long list.

Step one. Turn on Enable drag and drop. On the Advanced tab, under Pro Features, Enable drag and drop is ticked here. With it on, editors can reorder items right on the board. Click Save Settings to keep a change.

Step two. Use Manage Mode on the Board. Signed in as the owner, the Board has a Manage Mode button. Click it, and the cards get edit buttons. Customers never see these controls.
