Book a call Details first 30 minutes

Tell us what it is about, then pick a time.

A 30-minute conversation with a senior engineer, not a salesperson. We ask for the details first so the call is spent on your project rather than on working out what it is.

First call is free, no follow-up sales sequences

Quick enquiry

Step one: what is it about?

A few lines is enough. Include the platform, roughly what you want built and any deadline you are working to. Someone reads it before the call, which is the whole point of asking.

Prefer the full form? Start a project

No drip sequences, no marketing list. We reply and that is it.

Step two

Now pick a time.

Once you have sent the details above, book any open slot. Calendly detects your timezone and sends the invite. If you book without sending anything first, we will come back asking for it, so the form saves you a round trip rather than adding one.

Three things every 30-minute call covers

Your project context, your stack, your timeline, and your budget range. We listen first. If we are not the right partner, we say so. If we are, we book a follow-up discovery call within the same week.

Who you talk to

A senior engineer or the engineering lead. Not a sales development rep, not a project manager. The person on the call is qualified to discuss stack choices, project sizing, and engagement structure. If you raise a question we cannot answer live, we follow up in writing within 24 hours.

What happens after

If we are a fit, we propose a discovery engagement (two weeks, fixed price) within 48 hours. If we are not a fit, we recommend a partner who is. Either way you walk away with a clear next step. No sales sequences, no drip emails, no follow-up pressure.

Common questions

Frequently asked

  1. Do I need to sign an NDA before the call?

No. The first 30-minute call is intentionally light. NDA available before any deeper technical conversation, signed within four business hours of request.

  2. What time zones do you cover?

EST, PST, IST primary. Calendly auto-detects your timezone and shows local availability. We have customers in 40 plus countries.

  3. Will the call be recorded?

Only if you ask. Default is no recording, no transcript, no follow-up surveillance. Notes from the call are shared with you afterward.

  4. Who will I talk to?

A senior engineer or the engineering lead, not a salesperson. Qualified to discuss stack choices, project sizing, and engagement structure. If we cannot answer something live, we follow up in writing within 24 hours.

  5. What if I just want to ask one question?

Email connect@wbcomdesigns.com. We respond within four business hours during business days. The 30-minute call is for project conversations, not single-question support.

  6. What if your Calendly slots do not work for me?

Use the start-a-project form and tell us your preferred window. We will find a time outside the standard Calendly availability.

Prefer to send context first?

Use the project enquiry form.

If you would rather write up the project before talking, the start-a-project form takes that route. Either path lands with the same engineer.
