WooCommerce · Pro extension · Document previews
Store controls on any WooCommerce site, plus vendor uploads when you run a marketplace.
The free plugin gives you a preview button and no way to shape it. Woo Document Preview Pro hands you the button position, its colours, the file types you accept, and the product categories it appears on. On a marketplace it also moves the preview field onto the vendor dashboard, so sellers manage their own samples.

How it works
Pro moves the preview field onto the vendor dashboard, then hands you the controls the free plugin has none of: where the button sits, what colour it is, and which product categories carry it at all.
01
On Dokan and WCFM the preview field sits on the vendor's own dashboard product form. On WC Vendors it sits in the product data panel vendors already work in. Either way the vendor adds and swaps their own preview files without opening a ticket with you.

02
Set the preview button to render before or after the add to cart button, and set its text and background colours, plus both hover colours, from the backend settings. Those choices apply to every product the preview runs on, which is decided by the Allowed Categories setting on the same screen.
Set once, applied to the categories you pick.
03
Clicking the button opens a 900 by 700 pixel popup over the product page, with the document rendered inside it by Google's document viewer, or Microsoft's for spreadsheets. A listing can carry several previews when one file is not enough to show what is inside.
Multiple previews per listing.

No duplicate copy in WordPress
A vendor can attach several previews to one product when a single document does not show the whole picture.
An Allowed File Types setting decides which of the twelve supported formats vendors are permitted to attach, and the woo_document_preview_pro_supported_file_extensions filter extends what that setting offers.
Access
A vendor's preview file is separate from the file the marketplace delivers at checkout, so they publish the excerpt they want read without touching what the buyer receives.
Allowed Categories decides where the preview button runs. Activation pre-selects the categories that already exist on the store, and any category you add later needs switching on, or products in it show no button.
Set the button before or after add to cart, and set its text and background colours along with both hover states, so a vendor uploading a file never changes how your product pages look.
The preview field lives on the Dokan, WCFM, and WC Vendors product forms, so a vendor swapping a stale sample never becomes a support ticket for you.
Pricing
Personal, Professional, and Agency all include vendor dashboard uploads, marketplace support, button position and colour control, and the category and file-type controls. The plan sets site count and how fast support replies, nothing else. Read the refund policy.

WooCommerce, and nothing more. Pro deactivates itself if WooCommerce is missing, and every marketplace integration is optional: support for Dokan, WCFM, and WC Vendors switches itself on when one of them is active. On a plain single-vendor store Pro runs the product meta box, the preview button, the position and colour settings, and the category control exactly the same way.
On the single product page, opening the document in a popup. You choose whether it renders before or after the add to cart button.
Check Allowed Categories first. The preview runs only on products in the categories selected there, and with none selected nothing renders anywhere on the store. Activation pre-selects the categories that existed at the time, so a category created later has to be added by hand.
Yes. On Dokan and WCFM the field sits on the vendor dashboard product form, and on WC Vendors it sits in the product data panel, so a vendor adds and swaps previews without going through a marketplace admin.
The free plugin puts one preview button after add to cart on every product with a file attached, and has no settings at all. Pro adds vendor dashboard uploads, the button position and four colour settings, an Allowed File Types list, and the Allowed Categories control. Google Slides links are the one thing the free plugin previews and Pro does not.
No, and you do not need to. Pro carries the same preview engine and deactivates the free plugin whenever it finds it active, so run one or the other.
Site count and support only. Personal covers 1 site, Professional 5, and Agency unlimited. Every plan ships the same features.
You can hire the Wbcom Designs team to build custom functionality on top of the plugin. Get in touch through the contact page.
Buy a licence, activate it on your WooCommerce store, and pick the product categories the preview runs on. Add Dokan, WCFM, or WC Vendors and your vendors attach the previews themselves.
