Store controls on any WooCommerce site, plus vendor uploads when you run a marketplace.
The free plugin gives you a preview button and no way to shape it. Woo Document Preview Pro hands you the button position, its colours, the file types you accept, and the product categories it appears on. How it works
Pro moves the preview field onto the vendor dashboard, then hands you the controls the free plugin has none of: where the button sits, what colour it is, and which product categories carry it at all.

On Dokan and WCFM the preview field sits on the vendor's own dashboard product form. On WC Vendors it sits in the product data panel vendors already work in. Either way the vendor adds and swaps their own preview files without opening a ticket with you.

Set the preview button to render before or after the add to cart button, and set its text and background colours, plus both hover colours, from the backend settings. Those choices apply to every product the preview runs on, which is decided by the Allowed Categories setting on the same screen.

Clicking the button opens a 900 by 700 pixel popup over the product page, with the document rendered inside it by Google's document viewer, or Microsoft's for spreadsheets. A listing can carry several previews when one file is not enough to show what is inside.

A vendor can attach several previews to one product when a single document does not show the whole picture.
An Allowed File Types setting decides which of the twelve supported formats vendors are permitted to attach, and the woo_document_preview_pro_supported_file_extensions filter extends what that setting offers.
Access
A vendor's preview file is separate from the file the marketplace delivers at checkout, so they publish the excerpt they want read without touching what the buyer receives.
Allowed Categories decides where the preview button runs. Activation pre-selects the categories that already exist on the store, and any category you add later needs switching on, or products in it show no button.

WooCommerce, and nothing more. Pro deactivates itself if WooCommerce is missing, and every marketplace integration is optional: support for Dokan, WCFM, and WC Vendors switches itself on when one of them is active. On a plain single-vendor store Pro runs the product meta box, the preview button, the position and colour settings, and the category control exactly the same way.
