Do I need the free plugin installed first?

Can anonymous visitors submit features?
Yes, via the new Guest Suggestions module (1.1.1). Anonymous users submit items via a public form. Submissions are rate-limited per IP, run through spam protection, and queued for admin moderation. You approve, edit, or decline from the standard WordPress posts review screen.
Will it work with my page builder?
Yes. The Gutenberg block works in any block-enabled context. The shortcode equivalent works in Elementor, Bricks, Beaver Builder, Divi, Oxygen, and anywhere shortcodes render. Pro keeps both options.
Can I migrate from Canny / ProductBoard / Featurebase?
Yes. Pro ships CSV import + export. Export your items from the SaaS tool, map columns to title / status / category / vote count, import. Vote history doesn't migrate (those tools don't expose it via export), but items, comments, and categories do.
Does the analytics dashboard slow down the public board?
No. The analytics dashboard is admin-side only. The public board renders from cached queries. Analytics aggregates from time-bucketed sums that don't fire on every public page view.
How do email notifications work?
Voters opt in (per-item or per-product). When you change an item's status to Shipped (or any status you map to notification), the plugin queues an email to every opted-in voter. Standard WordPress wp_mail or your SMTP plugin handles delivery. Admins get separate notifications on new submissions and milestone votes.
What's the difference between Personal, Developer, and Agency?
Site count. Personal is 1 site (for one product business). Developer is 5 sites (the agency sweet spot - staging + production + client coverage). Agency is unlimited (for agencies shipping public roadmaps as part of every client engagement). All Pro features ship in every tier.
