The append-only ledger uses a hold → deduct → refund cycle. Jobs pending approval hold credits; approved jobs deduct; rejected jobs refund. Admins can manually adjust balances for trial accounts.
Resume Builder & Search
Candidates build structured resumes inside WordPress with seven sections: Professional Summary, Work Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications, Languages, and Portfolio. Each section uses repeater fields for multiple entries.
Employers search the resume database by skills, location, and experience. This turns your job board from passive (wait for applications) to active (find candidates). PDF export via DomPDF is built in.
Custom Field Builder
Add custom fields to jobs, companies, and candidates without code. 17 field types: Text, Textarea, Number, Email, URL, Date, Date Range, Dropdown, Multi-Select, Checkbox, Radio, File Upload, Video URL, Location, Salary Range, Repeater, and Conditional.

AI Job Description Writing
AI-assisted job descriptions built into the Post a Job form. Employers enter a role title and key requirements, AI drafts the full description. Supports OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and self-hosted Ollama for organizations that need data to stay on-premise.
Job Alerts
Candidates subscribe to keyword + location combinations. When a matching job is published, they get an email notification instantly. A daily digest option is available. This keeps candidates engaged and drives repeat traffic without any marketing effort on your part.
Job Feed
Publish XML feeds per board compatible with Indeed, LinkedIn, Google Jobs, and other aggregators. Enable in Settings → Job Feed, copy the URL, and submit to aggregators. Pagination and caching are handled automatically.
Pro Setup Wizard
Activate Pro and a setup wizard runs automatically. If the free wizard already completed, Pro shows a focused mini-wizard with just two steps: License activation and Credits configuration.
