In this tutorial you will reward work that the rules cannot see in WB Gamification, by approving what members submit. You need the free WB Gamification plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are three steps. Submit an achievement. Review the Submission Queue. Then check the member in Members. Some of the best things members do cannot be tracked. A finished project, a talk, a tutorial. With submissions, members tell you what they did, and you decide if it earns points.

Step one. Submit an achievement. A member picks what they did from the list called What did you do. They describe it, add an optional Link to a photo, and click Submit for review.

Step two. Review the Submission Queue. Each row shows the member, the action and the evidence they gave. Click Approve to award the points, or Reject if it does not qualify. The decision is kept in the queue.

Step three. Check the member in Members. After you approve, the points show here, next to their Level and Badges. Search by name to find one member and see their total at a glance.

That is all three. An achievement submitted, the Submission Queue reviewed, and the member checked in Members. You can now reward what no rule can see. Next in this series: Let members spend their points.
