Admin control
The addon ships with an options screen rather than a filter you have to write. Turn topic sync and reply sync on or off, decide whether subscribers get a notification with it, and leave the per-member switch in members' hands.
The addon needs wpForo and PeepSo installed and active. Your existing boards, topics, and replies stay exactly where they are.
Pick the forum actions that generate a PeepSo activity entry from the plugin options screen. No code, no template edits.
A single forum can be left out of the stream from its own wpForo settings, so a staff board or a support queue never reaches the community feed.
Each member turns their own forum activity sync on or off, and subscribes to the boards they want notifications from.
Inside a board
The addon does not rebuild your forum. Boards, topics, and replies render the way wpForo renders them. What changes is the connection: every new topic and reply posts into the author's PeepSo activity, and their forum presence follows them onto their PeepSo profile.
Every name in that column resolves to a PeepSo member profile, and every one of those posts can appear in that member's PeepSo activity.

Single and Developer include the identical forum sync. The tier only changes how many sites your licence covers. Both are annual licences: renew to keep updates and support running. Read the refund policy.
