Members cannot publish a long post without a WordPress admin login.
Give them a blog tab on their own profile instead.
PeepSo communities generate plenty of short updates and nowhere to publish something longer. PeepSo Member Blog adds a front-end posting form, so members write, edit, and manage their own posts without ever seeing wp-admin.

Repotting a fiddle leaf fig without shocking it
Two seasons in the same pot and it stopped putting out new leaves. Here is the repot, root by root, and what I got wrong the first time.

How it works
Three steps, and none of them happen in wp-admin.
Writing, publishing, and taking a post back down all happen on the member profile. The WordPress dashboard stays closed to the people who are only there to write.
01
Open the form on your own profile
The post form lives on the member profile, next to the timeline. No dashboard invite, no wp-admin login, nothing new to learn.
02
Write it, attach media, pick a category
Title, body, and media uploads in one front-end form. The category list is the one the admin chose, so writers stay on topic.
03
Manage it after it is live
Edit a published post, take it down, put it back, or delete it. Members do all of it themselves without contacting an admin.

Admin side
You decide who writes, where it files, and how often.
Front-end posting is not open to the whole member list unless you want it to be. Three settings decide the shape of it: the role allow-list in your PeepSo configuration, and the category and rate-limit screens under WB Plugins in wp-admin.
Open publishing role by role
Every WordPress role carries its own switch, so the form can reach Authors and Contributors while Subscribers keep a profile and never see it.
Take categories off the form
The category control is an exclude list. Tick what you do not want writers filing under, and everything you leave alone stays available to them.
Cap how often each role posts
Give a role a limit per hour, day, week, month, or year. Publishing can stay open to a large membership without one writer flooding the archive.
Who it is for
Four situations this was built for.
01 Members who want a personal blog
Publish a full post from your own profile page, with no WordPress admin login needed.
02 Admins who restrict who can post
Switch front-end publishing on for the roles you trust, and cap how many posts each of those roles can file per hour, day, or week.
03 Communities organizing posts by topic
Keep chosen categories off the front-end post form, so members file under the topics you actually want written about.
04 Members managing their own archive
Edit, unpublish, or delete a post straight from the profile, without contacting an admin.

Questions PeepSo admins ask before they add blogging.
Answered by the team that builds and supports Member Blog. Anything else, use the contact page.
Does this require PeepSo?
Yes. PeepSo Member Blog requires PeepSo installed and activated on your site.
What is the difference between Single and Developer?
Both include the same features. Single covers one site, Developer covers up to five, for agencies managing several installs.
Can I restrict who is allowed to post?
Yes. Front-end publishing is switched on role by role, so any combination of WordPress roles can have the form. Each role can also be given a posting limit per hour, day, week, month, or year.
Can posts be reviewed before they go live?
Yes. Leave member publishing switched off and a front-end post is saved as pending for an admin to approve. Members follow their own work from Pending Posts and Draft Posts tabs on their profile.
Which categories can members choose from?
Everything except the ones you exclude. The setting is an exclude list, so you tick the categories to keep off the form and the rest stay available to writers.
Do members need a WordPress admin login to write a post?
No. Writing, editing, and managing a post all happen from the member profile.
Can members delete or unpublish their own posts?
Yes. Members can edit, unpublish, or delete their posts directly from their profile.
What happens if my license expires?
You keep using the plugin, but updates and support stop until you renew.
Give your community a place to publish more than a status update.
Install on staging, pick which roles can post, then move to production. Existing PeepSo activity and profiles stay exactly where they are.
