Yes. This is a bridge between IdeaPush and BuddyPress, not a standalone idea board. IdeaPush has to be installed and active.
Yes. Both the label and the URL slug are settings, so it can read as Ideas, Suggestions or Requests.
A single list or two columns, whichever suits the profile design. There is also an optional limit on how much of each idea is shown.
It can. New-idea activity is a setting, and you can write your own wording for the entry rather than accepting generic phrasing.
