- Instructor course reports now include a Quiz performance section: attempts and pass rate per quiz, plus the single hardest question with the percentage of learners who answered it correctly. Click that question to drill into its answer distribution and see which option learners actually picked, so a winning wrong answer is named, not just implied. The per-question difficulty was computed but reached no screen before.
- Assignments can be graded against a rubric. Add criteria to an assignment, each with its own max points and weight, and the grader scores every criterion while the assignment score is calculated from the weighted result. Rubric grading for quiz essays also moved inline onto the grading screens, scored right under the response, so the separate hidden rubric page is gone.
- Learning Spaces now appear as a scope option when editing a membership plan, and a plan can only be scoped to a space that exists.
- Billing history on a member's account page: every pause, resume, plan change, refund and gift on their subscription, which the order list could not show because none of them are payments.
- The same history on the subscription screen in wp-admin, so an owner can answer "why did my plan change" without a database query.

Spaces, the frontend course, lesson and quiz builder, analytics, the gradebook, assignments, cohorts, notes and bookmarks, learning paths and the rest all read the site's renamed words, including a renamed Space (default "Learning Space"), across their admin screens and their JavaScript. Counted lines pick the singular or plural correctly and every string stays translation-ready. Install this alongside the Free 1.9.4 update, which ships the resolver both plugins share.
- Quiz analytics for a single quiz are now readable by the instructor who owns its course, not administrators alone.
- The three required fields on an LTI platform - Client ID, OIDC Auth Login URL and Platform JWKS URL - now explain where to find each value in Moodle and Canvas. They were the only fields on the form with no description.
- Shortened four sidebar labels that wrapped to two rows or read long: "Refundable Transactions" is now "Refunds", "Learning Space Plans" is "Space Plans", "Membership Analytics" is "Membership Stats", and "Notes & Bookmarks" is "Student Notes". Page addresses are unchanged, so bookmarks keep working.
Fix
- Cancelling a gift code now reports a clear error when the update cannot be saved, instead of quietly returning as if it had worked, so a failed cancellation is surfaced to the owner rather than looking like success.
- Money is now written the same way everywhere. Some screens showed "US$627" where others showed "$627.00" for the same figure, and several screens printed a dollar sign whatever currency the site was set to. Every amount now uses the site's own currency symbol, its decimal count, and the side the symbol belongs on for the site language.
- A membership plan priced through the monthly/yearly toggle could not be gifted at all - the gift checkout read it as having no price. Gift purchases now use the same pricing as the rest of checkout.
- Quiz open and close times shown in the frontend course builder were off by the site's timezone offset, and saving shifted them again each time. They now display and save correctly. Sites on UTC were never affected.
- A scheduled auto-resume no longer restarts a membership the member has cancelled while it was paused.
- A partly-refunded membership payment can be refunded again for what is left. It was refused outright, and a refund with no amount tried to return the full original sum rather than the remainder.
- A recovered payment no longer cancels the retry schedule of every other overdue membership on the site. One customer updating their card could previously leave every other past-due subscription with no retries left, so they lapsed without being tried again.
- Learning Spaces was unreachable on a site that runs teams without selling anything: no menu row, and the page answered "you are not allowed to access this page" to an administrator. It now appears under the Learnomy menu, and still under LMS Commerce on sites that sell seats.
- Approving a join request now updates the seat count and member figure straight away. They previously stayed at the page-load numbers until you reloaded, so an owner working through a queue watched a counter that never moved.
- Content drip could only be configured for the first 200 courses, and nothing said the list was cut short. The course picker now has a search box and states how many of your courses it is showing.
- The Grades page in a student's account loaded slowly and stopped at 200 courses with nothing saying so. It now pages, and costs the same number of database queries whether a student is enrolled in five courses or five hundred.
- Page two of the account Notes and Bookmarks list returned "page not found". The same fault would have hit the new Grades pager.
- Space plans and seat packs took the currency as free text with no check, so a typo saved and nothing downstream could render or charge it. Both now offer the same picker as the rest of the product and reject a currency that is not supported.
- Refunding a learning path that the member had already completed now takes the path back. The revoke looked for an active enrolment, so a finished path matched nothing and the refund returned the money while the member kept the course bundle, reporting no failure.
- Memberships Pro can no longer be switched on while the Membership module is off. It has no function without it; the toggle now locks and names the module it needs, and your choice is kept for when you turn Membership back on.
- Disabling the Learning Spaces extension no longer leaves a daily scheduled job behind with nothing to run it.
- A membership plan scoped to a Learning Space no longer removes access that a different plan granted. Holding a scoped plan for a space you do not belong to used to withdraw the courses your other membership paid for.
- A suspended Learning Space member no longer keeps the course access their space-scoped plan provided. Suspension is for unpaid dues, and it now withholds that access as intended.
Security
- An LTI launch can no longer sign in as an account that administers the site. Matching an existing learner or instructor by email still works, so they join the course on their own account rather than getting a duplicate, and no launch changes anyone's role. A launch naming an administrator now provisions a normal subscriber instead.
- A student could read a classmate's assignment submission, feedback and score by changing the id in a URL. The assignment endpoint now serves only the assignment brief; students read their own work through their own endpoint and instructors through the submissions list.
- A membership with no payment method behind it - a redeemed gift, a test order, or a subscription whose provider is missing - can no longer move itself onto a paid plan. It could previously self-upgrade to the dearest plan and never be charged, now or at renewal. Moving to a free plan still works, and normal Stripe or PayPal plan changes are unaffected.
- Joining an open cohort no longer enrols you in its course when that course is paid or members-only and you do not already have access. Previously any signed-in member could join an open cohort and receive the course for nothing.
Dev
- New GET /learnomy-pro/v1/ai/usage/me returns the caller's own AI generation usage and quota, so an instructor can see their limit instead of discovering it by being blocked mid-generation.
- New GET /learnomy-pro/v1/payouts/debts lists an instructor's outstanding clawed-back debts and the total, so a reduced payout is explained instead of unexplained.
- New GET /learnomy-pro/v1/skill-map exposes the skill-to-category mapping over REST for a mobile-admin surface. It was admin-form-only before.
- GET /gradebook/me accepts page and per_page and reports the true total. It previously returned the page size as the total, so a client could not tell a truncated result from a complete one.
- Pro admin pages now take their heading from the sidebar label they were registered with, the way Free already did.

- Ownership-gated REST routes under learnomy-pro/v1 read the gradebook grid, one student, and the learner's own grades, and write the weighting and overrides. The grade is computed on read from the existing quiz, assignment, and SCORM stores, so no new score is ever stored.
- Saving quiz conditional-logic rules over REST returns 501 while the feature ships as a coming-soon card, so API callers cannot store rules the quiz runtime does not evaluate yet; a single flag re-enables the card and the route together.

- Live lessons in the front-end course builder have their own Join link, start time, and duration. Previously the join link went into a field labelled "Media URL" and there was no way to set a start time at all.
- The builder shows, in plain language, exactly what the student will see: a countdown until the start, a Join button for the length of the session, then "This session has ended".
- Students can see their own assignment status, score, and feedback in the mobile app. The lesson's assignment list now includes the student's own submission, with direct endpoints for one assignment and for all of a student's assignments.

- Rubric grading is reachable. The screen existed but nothing linked to it, so a rubric could be written and never used. A "Grade with rubric" action now appears in the grading queue, and only when the quiz actually has a rubric.
Fix
- In the front-end course builder, instructors no longer see "Manage templates" and "Create your first template" links that answered "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page". They are now told plainly that an administrator has to create a certificate template and share it with instructors.
- The "Create your first template" button pointed at a page that does not exist, so even an administrator landed on the certificates list instead of a creation screen. It now opens the certificate designer.
- The Revenue Trend chart on the Analytics page draws a line across the whole reporting period with the correct dates. On a quiet period it used to collapse to a single point and show dates that did not match the period or the current day.
- Membership and space plan prices are shown in the plan's own currency, formatted for the reader's locale, instead of the site currency with a raw currency code after the amount.
Dev
- Pro now runs the same REST permission gate as Free on every build. It had none, and the CI step that was supposed to run it was skipped silently, so roughly 180 REST routes had no static checking at all. A missing gate now fails the build instead of passing quietly.
- Removed an unused membership refund REST route that duplicated Free's one refund path. Refunds continue to run through Free's endpoint, which fires the payout-clawback hook the Pro route would have bypassed.
