PeepSo · wpForo · Addon
Your wpForo boards and your PeepSo profiles are two separate places.
PeepSo social networks and wpForo discussion boards stay isolated by default. PeepSo wpForo Addon syncs forum topics and replies into PeepSo activities, adds forum tabs to every member profile, and lets members subscribe to the boards they follow.
v2.0.0PeepSo wpForo Addon changelogUpdated Aug 2026
Requires wpForo and PeepSo · Yearly or lifetime licence
Admin control
You decide which board actions become PeepSo activity.
The addon ships with an options screen rather than a filter you have to write. Turn topic sync and reply sync on or off, decide whether subscribers get a notification with it, and leave the per-member switch in members' hands.
- 01
Activate it beside wpForo
The addon needs wpForo and PeepSo installed and active. Your existing boards, topics, and replies stay exactly where they are.
- 02
Choose which forum actions count
Pick the forum actions that generate a PeepSo activity entry from the plugin options screen. No code, no template edits.
- 03
Silence the boards that should stay quiet
A single forum can be left out of the stream from its own wpForo settings, so a staff board or a support queue never reaches the community feed.
- 04
Hand the rest to members
Each member turns their own forum activity sync on or off, and subscribes to the boards they want notifications from.
Inside a board
Topics keep the wpForo layout. The authors are your PeepSo members.
The addon does not rebuild your forum. Boards, topics, and replies render the way wpForo renders them. What changes is the connection: every new topic and reply posts into the author's PeepSo activity, and their forum presence follows them onto their PeepSo profile.
Every name in that column resolves to a PeepSo member profile, and every one of those posts can appear in that member's PeepSo activity.
On the PeepSo profile
Forum tabs where members already spend their time.
- Four forum tabs on the profile
- Profile, Topic, Activity, and Subscriptions sit on the member profile inside PeepSo. Each carries its own on and off switch and its own label field, so you show the ones you want and name them your way.
- Members control their own sync
- A member enables or disables their own forum activity sync from their activity settings, without asking an admin.
- Subscriptions per board
- A member subscribes to a forum and gets notified when a new topic or reply lands in it.
- An extra tab for multi-board sites
- Installs running more than one wpForo board get a Board tab alongside the four, so a member reaches the right board from the same profile.
Pricing
Three licence tiers, same feature set.
Personal, Professional and Agency include the identical forum sync. The tier only changes how many sites your licence covers. Pay yearly (renewals at 30% off), or once for a lifetime licence. Read the refund policy.

Before you buy
Questions PeepSo admins ask before they connect wpForo.
Answered by the team that builds and supports the addon. Anything else, use the contact page.
- 01
Does this require wpForo?
Yes. PeepSo wpForo Addon requires both wpForo and PeepSo installed and activated on your site.
- 02
What is the difference between Personal, Professional and Agency?
All three include the same features. Personal covers one site, Professional up to five and Agency every site you run. Each comes as a yearly licence or a one-time lifetime licence.
- 03
Can members opt out of forum sync?
Yes. Each member can enable or disable their own forum activity sync from their profile.
- 04
Can I control which forum actions generate activity?
Yes. Customise which forum actions post as activity from the plugin's options screen, no coding required.
- 05
Can one board stay out of the activity stream?
Yes. Each wpForo forum carries its own activity settings, so a staff board or a support queue can be excluded from topic activity, reply activity, or both, while the rest of the boards keep syncing.
- 06
Which tabs land on the member profile?
A Forums tab holding Profile, Topic, Activity, and Subscriptions. Each sub-tab has its own on and off switch and its own label field, and multi-board installs get an extra Board tab.
- 07
Can members subscribe to a single forum?
Yes. Members subscribe to a forum and get notified of new topics and replies in it.
- 08
What happens if my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working. Updates and support stop until you renew.
Connect your wpForo boards to PeepSo this week.
Install on staging first. Existing wpForo topics and replies stay put, and the sync starts working as soon as you activate.
