How it works
Writing is the easy half. LMS Notes is built around the other half: getting the note back at the moment it matters.
The panel sits on whatever the student is reading: a course or a lesson on any supported LMS, and on LearnDash also topics, quizzes and assignments. Notes save from there, so nobody has to open a second tab and lose their place in the video. Add labels as you write and the field suggests ones already used.
Every note a student has written collects in their profile area, sorted so the last thing they wrote is the first thing they see before a quiz. Search the text, page through twenty at a time, and edit or delete anything that has gone stale.
Any single note prints as a PDF, saves as a DOC, or opens in a print-styled page that fires the browser print dialog. Tick several at once and they come down together as one Word file, so a whole module travels offline without logging back in.
