No, when we do it right. We use WordPress hooks and filters, child theme overrides where necessary, and CSS targeting that survives upstream changes. We test customizations against beta releases of Reign before they ship.

We can. A retainer covers Reign update testing, BuddyBoss compatibility, Dokan compatibility, WooCommerce update safety, and ongoing feature work. Many Reign customization clients move to a retainer after launch.
