Yes. Each member gets a business page on their own BuddyPress profile with services, opening hours, contact details, reviews, and followers, and they manage it themselves from the front end.

How is this different from a directory plugin?

This extends BuddyPress profiles, so the businesses are your existing members and each page lives on a member profile. If you want a standalone directory that is not tied to BuddyPress membership, use Listora instead. The two solve different problems.
