Your ticket landed in the queue.
A confirmation email with the ticket reference will arrive in your inbox within minutes. Replies thread through that email - reply directly to add files, log dumps, or further context.
Tickets are served through our Zoho Desk support portal at
support.wbcomdesigns.com. The first ticket-confirmation email
includes a link to activate your portal account so you can track ticket
status from one place. The portal uses a separate login from your main
wbcomdesigns.com account.
If the confirmation email does not arrive within ten minutes, check your
spam folder and add support@wbcomdesigns.com to your
contacts. You can also just reply to the confirmation email; that thread
works without portal sign-in.
