The readers ask: What is my top WordPress Plugin list.
You have your blog and you are reletively new to blogging and you will definately need one or more of the plugins on this list to help make your blog successful. This is my personal list and I know there are bloggers who might disagree and that’s expected. Actually, if you do have a recommendation, feel free to post them in the comments section below to help the infant bloggers in the world to get a running start.
Top WordPress Plugin #1
Akismet WordPress Plugin
When I was a newbie blogger, I didn’t know about the Akismet plugin and I had so much spam to deal with. Having installed this plugin has saved me time from having to go through my dashboard and delete alot of spam. Akismet is a comment spam blocker and works really well. The amount of spam that I get is minimal compared to not having this plugin. This plugin is a timesaver for sure. We bloggers and internet marketers need all the help we can get and that’s why I wanted to put this top WordPress plugin list together!
Top WordPress Plugin #2
SEOPressor Plugin
I think the SEOPressor is on many top WordPress plugin lists because it’s that useful! There really is so much to search engine optimization these days and with Google Panda it’s even more complicated. We know that we need on page optimization as a big part of a blog that might be newer than 2 years old. The seasoned blogs don’t need to worry about on page SEO nearly as much as a younger page but if your blog is newer than 2 years old or if you haven’t been working very hard up unil now on SEO on page strategies, I suggest getting the SEOPressor installed on your blog. The plug in is toddler simple and works flawlessly. After installing SEOPressor, I was able to get all of my on page optimization done and have the intelligent SEOPressor guide make suggestions. This is an invaluable tool and that is why I had to add this to my top WordPress plugin list.
Top WordPress Plugin #3
Google Analytics
This is on my top WordPress plugin list because I really like the asynchronous tracking which provides:
Faster load times for your web pages due to improved browser execution of the tracking code. Enhanced data collection & accuracy. Elimination of tracking errors from dependencies when the JavaScript hasn’t fully loaded. Custom variables are a way to add data about the current page, the current session or the current user in your tracking, which you can use for some very cool things. You can now simply click a button, authenticate with Google Analytics, select the right account and then the right profile and start tracking! This plugin now fully integrates with both WP E-Commerce and Shopp:
Top WordPress Plugin #4
WordPress JetPack
The best part of all is, Jetpack plugin is FREE! This plugin features, WordPress.com stats, Hovercards for graviator, sharedaddy, and a spell checker to name a few. It’s really an all-in-one tool for your blog. I think this should be your top WordPress Plugin and you can’t beat the price either!
Blogging is not co complicated as it may seem when you are new at. There are many tasks a blogger has to do in order to make their blogg successful and plugins are a small but important part. Feel free to add to the list in the comments section.
